Registration forms and fees will be acknowledged within 1-2 weeks of receipt. Delegates are asked to check their confirmation letter carefully and advise the Secretariat of any changes as soon as possible.

Plenary/Invited Speakers

Please register using the Registration Form in the usual way.

Indicate in the Status/Special Requirements box whether you are a plenary or invited speaker and whether your registration and/or accommodation costs have been forgiven.
If your room-only accommodation charges have been forgiven, nevertheless, please check the box which indicates agreement to your credit-card details being forwarded to the hotel to guarantee your reservation. There will be no charges on the card unless you book additional nights, or incur non-room charges. e.g., phone, mini-bar, room-service, restaurant, etc.
If your registration charge has been forgiven, check no boxes in the registration section.
